B6 Real Estate Advisors, LLC seeks Senior Associate in New York, NY.
Duties:
Market Research
- Update Customer Relationship System (CRM) Client database to ensure that client contact information and investor criteria is accurate.
- Track market activity using Customer Relationship System (CRM) database to understand market trends.
- Track market data and competitor activity to assess competitiveness of Company’s services
- Synthesize data collected and prepare digital and physical reports to be distributed on a broad and/or targeted basis.
- Recommend and implement improvements to Company marketing efforts to ensure competitive advantage vis-a-via competing firms.
Sales Prospecting
- Prospect for new clients using telephone, e-mail and in-person contact
- Through communication, develop understanding of prospective client’s “wants and needs”
- Tailor prospecting outreach to targeted client’s profiles.
Marketing to Prospective Clients
- Identify steps required to optimize each client’s property’s value in the market and communicate process needed to current and potential clients.
- Prepare financial models to analyze property value.
- Identify most effective means of marketing property and prepare materials displaying to client how optimal results will be achieved.
Marketing of Properties
- Use high-level persuasive sales techniques to highlight how Company’s services can best respond to client needs.
- Develop state-of-the-art, client-specific marketing materials highlighting how Company’s services can respond to each client’s specific needs.
- Develop state-of-the-art physical and digital marketing materials to market properties on a broad basis to provide maximum exposure for properties that are marketed.
- Identify niche buyer pools and most effective means of contacting them.
- Target marketing of properties to niche buyer pools through telephone, email, and social media contact
- Market properties for sale using telephone, email, and digital media.
- Employ high-level negotiation skills to obtain optimal results for clients, Company, and customers.
- Work efficiently in a diverse range of environments: office and in the field at client locations i.e., stores, restaurants, garages, warehouses, vacant buildings.
- Work effectively in a broad range of outdoor climates: NYC Winter & Summer
- Use public transportation (subway and bus) to meet clients and customers and show properties.
Client Reporting
- Develop bi-weekly reports for client analyzing effectiveness of Company’s marketing efforts.
Negotiations
- Employ strong analytical skills to understand complications and conflicts and develop effective approaches to overcoming them.
- Employ strong interpersonal skills, including face-to-face, on the telephone and via email, to address potential complications and conflict.
- Always maintain highest level of ethical and professional standards, ensuring that Company’s values are upheld.
Communication Skills
- Work efficiently in a diverse range of environments: office and in the field at client locations i.e., stores, restaurants, garages, warehouses, vacant buildings.
- Communicate effectively with a broad base of clients, customers, and prospects from highly diverse backgrounds.
- Interact and communicate effectively with Company team members to achieve Company goals.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field, plus 1 year of experience in job offered or related role.
Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following skills:
- High level utilization of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong prospecting skills via telephone, email, and in-person
- Utilizing advanced interpersonal communication skills to identify different personality types of either clients or customers
- Tailoring marketing presentations to potential clients based on different personality type analysis
- Using high level negotiations skills to satisfy the needs of the company, clients, and customers
- Utilizing Customer Relationship Systems such as, or similar to, Salesforce
- Synthesizing market feedback to understand the industry trends
- Tracking market data such as pricing and competition activities
- Ability to operate in diverse and fast-paced work environments (i.e., office and in the field)
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
