Professional Experience

Mr. Stafford is an Associate at B6 Real Estate Advisors, where he works alongside Senior Managing Director, Brock Emmetsberger, specializing in the sale of commercial investment properties in Manhattan, specifically Chelsea, West Village, and Greenwich Village.

Mr. Stafford began his Real Estate career in 2019 at Boston Properties focusing on two different properties located in the company’s New York City portfolio.

Mr. Stafford earned his B.A. from the University of Virginia. He also competed for their Division 1 Men’s Lacrosse Team and was a member of the Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Prior to joining B6, he earned his Real Estate Investment Certificate from Schack’s Institute of Real Estate at NYU.

Born and raised in Greenwich, Connecticut, Mr. Stafford attended the Brunswick School where he played both Lacrosse and Hockey. In his spare time Mr. Stafford enjoys playing golf, squash, tennis, fishing and spending time with his friends and family.
