Professional Experience

Jermaine Pugh is a Director of Investment Sales at B6 Real Estate Advisors, specializing in the sale and acquisition of multifamily, retail and mixed-use properties in Brooklyn’s Flatbush, East Flatbush, Midwood, Kensington and Prospect Park South neighborhoods. To date, he has evaluated and underwritten hundreds of properties and has successfully sold over $250m worth of commercial real estate.

Previously, Mr. Pugh was an Investment Sales Associate at Manhattan based real-estate firms Eastern Consolidate and GFI Realty Services where he focused selling on multifamily, mixed-use and office buildings assets in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Career highlights include arranging the $37 million acquisition of two Manhattan office buildings, 40 West 38th Street and 144 West 37th Street. Mr. Pugh’s experience also includes working as an employee benefits and commercial general liability consultant, overseeing accounts for a variety of clients including hotels, nursing homes and tech startups.

Mr. Pugh has garnered a reputation of being an honorable, tenacious, and skilled salesperson with in-depth market knowledge of each building and block in Central Brooklyn. He prides himself on providing superior client service and conducting every deal with transparency to secure the highest value for his clients.

Born and raised in Montclair, NJ, Mr. Pugh earned a B.A. in Psychology from Lehigh University where he was also the captain of the university’s Division 1 Varsity Football team. Mr. Pugh is currently an active member of the Delbarton CRE Network and the Lehigh University Alumni in Real Estate fellowship. He currently serves as a mentor for Project Destined, a leading education platform that trains underserved youth to be the next generation of owners and leaders in real estate. Outside of his professional realm, Jermaine enjoys spending time with his family of four- wife, Sarah and daughters Arabel and Isabel.
