Mr. Xhakli is the Marketing Director at B6 Real Estate Advisors where he oversees B6’s marketing and business development strategy. This includes creating marketing plans, tailored offering memoranda, and other specialized digital and print collateral to help agents secure business.

Kas started his career at Eastdil Secured where he marketed many of the nation’s largest deals with a typical deal size north of $50 million. Following Eastdil, he worked as Marketing Director at Newmark on the number one debt and structured finance team in commercial real estate, as ranked by Commercial Observer. Over the course of his career, which spans over a decade, Kas has established himself as a leader in the development and design of sophisticated marketing tools for the nation’s top real estate brokerage teams.
