Mr. Gavin is an Associate at B6 Real estate Advisors where he works alongside with Managing Director Stephen Dadourian, focusing on investment sales in Lower Manhattan.

Matt started his professional career at Bozzuto Management Company, a full-service residential development organization. After completing Bozzuto’s summer internship program, he joined the sales and marketing team of a newly constructed residential property in Washington DC. Matt decided to transfer back home to New York to become part of the management takeover team of the Oriana, a luxury residential property in Sutton Place.

Matt is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he majored in Management and Society and minored in History. Matt was also a 4-year member of the University Men’s Lacrosse Team.

Born and raised in Manhasset, New York, Matt has worked with his family managing their property in Woodside, Queens. In his free time, Matt enjoys watching New York sports, spending time with friends, and exploring new restaurants in NYC.
