Ms. Ramirez is the Director of Talent Acquisition at B6 Real Estate Advisors where she works alongside the Executive Team in sourcing candidates to join the firm and in building the company’s talent pipeline.

Prior to joining B6, Ms. Ramirez worked at a Special Education School for children on the Autism Spectrum while she was pursuing her master’s degree in Counseling. She became interested in talent acquisition and staffing services while working as a Vocational Counselor and Evaluator at NYU Langone in New York City.

Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Ms. Ramirez graduated from Andres Bello University with a bachelor’s in Psychology.  In her free time, she enjoys visiting new restaurants in the city, hiking, and spending time with her family.
