Mr. Mandarino specializes in Investment Sales within the Chelsea, West Village, Greenwich Village and SoHo markets. His responsibilities involve developing business opportunities and skillfully negotiating the sale of commercial real estate properties on behalf of clients. Leveraging his expertise within his territory, Mr. Mandarino enhances client value by meticulously analyzing proprietary market data and conducting thorough property valuations.

Before joining B6, Mr. Mandarino commenced his career in Real Estate Development at CHA Partners, where he played a key role in debt and equity placement totaling over $200 million. Subsequently, he founded a real estate marketing firm dedicated to identifying residential investment opportunities for investors throughout the tri-state area. Mr. Mandarino further honed his expertise in Investment Sales at Sands Investment Group, concentrating on middle market assets across various markets.

Mr. Mandarino was raised in New Jersey and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate from Rutgers University, graduating Cum Laude. He maintains active involvement as an alumni member at the Center for Real Estate at Rutgers University.
