Stephen Dadourian

Professional Experience

Mr. Dadourian oversees the Lower East Side, Chinatown, Little Italy, Two Bridges, and Financial District neighborhoods of Manhattan.

Prior to joining B6 Real Estate Advisors Mr. Dadourian was the CEO of Hudson Newhart where he worked on several real estate projects in Manhattan, Queens, and Long Island.

Mr. Dadourian began his career in 1985 as an office leasing specialist in mid-town Manhattan. In 1991 he co-founded DG Hart Associates. During his 20 years at DG Hart, the company grew to become a multi-disciplined brokerage and property management firm with expertise in office and retail leasing, investment sales, bankruptcy valuation services, and commercial property management. In 2003 the company became a member of NAI and began a successful international corporate service practice. NAI acquired the firm in 2006. Steve remained as Vice Chairman until 2009.

Mr. Dadourian received a BS in economics from Cornell University in 1985. He resides in Summit, NJ with his wife Lisa and their children Alex, Victoria, and Joseph.
