Mr. Cox is a Senior Director at B6 Real Estate Advisors where he manages debt financing for B6’s clients- helping them secure market-leading rates by leveraging his extensive bank network.

Prior to joining B6, Tim graduated from the University of Scranton with a bachelors in Economics and Finance and holds a masters from NYU in Real Estate Finance & Investment. He has experience working across asset types and regions in the capital advisory space and previous worked in secondary debt valuations at Thomson Reuters and the London Stock Exchange Group.
