Mr. Marmarou is a Director of Investment Sales at B6 Real Estate Advisors, where he focuses on investment sales in the Hudson County market.

Prior to joining B6, Mr. Marmarou founded the Collective Real Estate Services in 2015, a commercial real estate brokerage that specialized in commercial leasing and sales. Notable transactions included; Fellow Barber, 1149 Broadway; The Ashford, 145 Newark Avenue; Llama San, 359 6th Avenue; Don Angie, 103 Greenwich Avenue; Banter, 169 Sullivan Street; The  Up and Up, 116 MacDougal Street; Indikitch, 25 W 23rd Street, 601 8th Avenue and 1372 Broadway & Issey Miyake, 31 N Moore Street.

Previous to founding the Collective, Mr. Marmarou spent 3 1/2 years at RKF and over six years as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst/Appraiser with The Value Research Group, Joseph Blake & Associates, and HFF. He has personally been involved in the sales, leasing and underwriting of assets across 16 different states in excess of $500,000,000.

Mr. Marmarou earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Planning from Rutgers University, graduating with High Honors, and also earned a Graduate Degree from New York University’s Real Estate Institute.
