Professional Experience

Mr. Redding specializes in the sale of commercial investment properties in Manhattan, specifically the Plaza District, Fifth Avenue, Grand Central, Midtown East and Diamond District submarkets. He is currently advising on the sale of over $270 million of commercial properties in NYC and has evaluated in excess of $4 billion more throughout his career.  He has extensive knowledge in complex ownership structures such as leasehold and ground lease positions, tenant in common or partial interest ownership, and has advised sales for estates and trusts, nonprofits, as well as institutional and family owners across New York.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Redding was responsible for all day-to-day operations of the transaction business for CEO, Paul J. Massey Jr., a role he held at Cushman & Wakefield, as well as serving as Mr. Massey’s Chief of Staff during his candidacy for Mayor of New York City.

Mr. Redding is an active member of the community serving on the Advisory Board of both Project Destined and New Destiny Housing. Mr. Redding earned his B.S. from West Virginia University where he served as President of the Student Body and as a member of the Board of Governors.
