Andrew is an Investment Sales Agent at B6 Real Estate and Capital Advisors, where he is the exclusive territory representative for the Manhattan neighborhoods of SoHo, TriBeCa, Nolita, and the World Trade Centers. Known for his passion for innovation and client care, Andrew prides himself as being the go-to resource for his sellers in the complex and competitive Manhattan market.

Andrew brings a sociable and informative presence to his clients, with special attention to fiduciary service. His business motto, “How you live is how I make a living,” stands for providing the highest quality experience that stays with you beyond the investment sale process.

Prior to B6 and commercial real estate, Andrew operated as a licensed salesperson in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as a property developer and capital fund creator for new construction projects in the mid-Atlantic. His first taste in real estate began with property and project management in the Center City district of Philadelphia, which blossomed into a sales and investment team.

Originally a Washington, D.C. native, Andrew also attended the University of South Carolina, where he graduated with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and Mass Communications, and was a member of the university’s rugby team.
