Josh is a Director at B6 Real Estate Advisors where he specializes in the Brooklyn market. Josh has cultivated a particular reputation for his knowledge of the retail and office submarkets.Prior to joining B6, Josh held positions in the investment engine at Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund, where he managed the Pure Alpha and All Weather portfolio strategies.

Josh holds a B.A. from Hamilton College, where he graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa. While in college, Josh performed research on land valuations that was included in presentations at the United Nations Climate Conference for the U.S. President and other global leaders.Outside of real estate, Josh is active within the Robin Hood Foundation and the Americas Society. In his free time, he is an avid soccer player and can be found most weekends playing in Pier 5 in Brooklyn Bridge Park.
