Alex Woodlief is a Director of investment sales with B6 Real Estate Advisors covering Midtown South, from Hudson Yards to Nomad. Mr. Woodlief joins B6 from Kaufman Investments, the institutional acquisition arm of the Kaufman Organization, one of New York’s oldest and largest private real estate companies. At Kaufman he was responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, managing existing relationships and business development initiatives. He has specific expertise in ground lease transactions, loft office and office development.
In his career, Mr. Woodlief has been involved in the underwriting, sale and capital raising for over $3-billion of New York City real estate. Prior to joining Kaufman, he was an associate in the capital markets group of Cushman & Wakefield where he focused on middle-market investment sale transactions in Manhattan. Earlier, he raised capital for real estate credit and equity strategies for REIT sponsor American Realty Capital. Prior, he served as Asset Manager for SigEp National Housing, a boutique owner/operator and lender specializing in student housing assets nationwide.
Mr. Woodlief graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Political Science. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and has held his FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
