Professional Experience

Mr. Buerger is an Associate at B6 Real Estate Advisors where he works side by side with Managing Director, Stephen Dadourian, focusing on investment sales in the Lower East Side, Chinatown, Little Italy, Two Bridges, and Financial District neighborhoods of Manhattan.

Prior to joining B6 in January 2020, Mr. Buerger attended the University of Bristol, UK where he graduated with a Master of Science degree in Finance & Investment. In Bristol, Mr. Buerger was part of the University Rowing Team, one of the top ten rowing clubs in the UK.

Mr. Buerger was first exposed to real estate during an internship at Cushman & Wakefield where he worked directly for the CEO. Prior to that he gained valuable experience at firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, and HSBC.

Born and raised in Cologne, Germany, Mr. Buerger earned his Bachelors degree in International Business Management from the European Business College in Duesseldorf in 2016. In his free time, Mr. Buerger is an avid soccer fan and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. During secondary school in Germany, Mr. Buerger won the Handball School World Championship in 2007.
