Growing up in New York City, John developed a lifelong connection to real estate, shaped by a deep understanding of the city’s dynamic property market and a passion for the industry. John began his career at Epic Hotel Group, focusing on management consulting and development advisory, where he honed his skills in strategic planning and operational analysis. He then transitioned to Foxx Capital, specializing in commercial real estate credit, where he underwrote complex deals across various asset classes, showcasing his expertise in financial analysis and risk assessment.
At Cushman & Wakefield, John played a pivotal role in representing Fortune 500 tenants and collaborating with New York’s largest landlords on high-profile transactions. His experience here cemented his reputation as a skilled negotiator and trusted advisor in the commercial real estate sector.
Most recently, John served as a Senior Analyst at AECOM Tishman, contributing to some of the largest development projects in the United States. Notably, he was integral to the redevelopment of 270 Park Avenue for JP Morgan, a landmark project that stands as one of the most significant undertakings in American real estate.
John’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College, renowned for its focus on entrepreneurship, and a Master of Science from Columbia University, where he further deepened his expertise in real estate and urban development.
