Locally based brokerage firm B6 Real Estate Advisors has arranged the $12.3 million sale of a 15,550-square-foot office building located at 8 E. 41st St. in Midtown Manhattan. The eight-story building includes 1,550 square feet of retail space. Christopher Cavorti of The Corcoran Group represented the buyer, Piyush Golia, in the transaction. Brock Emmetsberger, Zachary Redding and Marshall Dickson of B6 Real Estate Advisors, along with Nancy Cibrano of The Wings Group, represented the seller, Meir Levy.
Mixed-use Midtown Manhattan property sells for $12.4M
An eight-story mixed-use property in the heart of Midtown Manhattan has been sold for $12.4 million. B6 Real Estate Advisors, which represented the seller, Meir Levy, said the building’s purchaser, Piyush Golia, will be the owner-user. The property at 8 E. 41st St. is on the south side of 41st Street between 5th Avenue and Madison. The building includes 14,000 square feet of office space and 1,550 square feet of retail space.

A nearly 16K SF mixed-use building at 8 East 41st St., close to Bryant Park, has sold for $12.4M, broker B6 Real Estate Advisors announced. Meir Levy sold the building to Piyush Golia, the CEO of Perfume Worldwide Inc., who will be an owner-user, according to a press release. Brock Emmetsberger, Zachary Redding and Marshall Dickson of B6 and Wings Group’s Nancy Cibrano represented Levy, while Golia was represented by Corcoran’s Christover Cavorti. The property has five floors of office space, two floors of salon space and ground-floor retail, with nearly 12K SF of air rights.
