B6 Real Estate Advisors is marketing the sale of Chelsea Corner, a collection of four mixed-use buildings in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood.  Listed at $22 million, the portfolio is on the market for the first time in over 100 years.  

B6 Real Estate Advisors  will serve as the exclusive agents of sale for 362 W. 53rd St., a new-construction property in Midtown West listed for $8.5 million. The property was built for a condo-conversion, B6 says it represents a rare opportunity to acquire a newly built elevatored building in the neighborhood.  

B6 Real Estate Advisors has listed 303 – 305 E. 93rd St., two contiguous four-story multifamily walkup buildings in the Yorktown section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The firm’s Thomas Gammino and Patrick Donahue have the listing, for which ownership is requesting proposals. 

B6 Real Estate Advisors has completed the sale of 1490 & 1497 McDonald Ave., two single-story warehouses totaling 35,250 square feet in Brooklyn’s Midwood neighborhood, for $17 million. The firm’s Bobby Lawrence and Jermaine Pugh represented the seller, MMAH LLC.

B6 Real Estate Advisors has been retained to sell a community facility with 11 parking spaces at 63-14 Queens Blvd., a recently built, eight-story mixed-use residential condominium building in Queens’ Woodside neighborhood. The property, which spans the entire second floor of the building, is listed for $7 million.
