Cengaver “Jango” Kerasilo serves as a Director of Investment Sales at B6 Real Estate Advisors, where he focuses on the Southwest Bronx market. Backed by over two decades of experience, Jango combines deep market knowledge with hands-on expertise in investment sales, commercial leasing, and industrial real estate throughout New York City and Northern New Jersey.

Jango’s expertise encompasses a broad range of asset types and investment strategies, including commercial-to-residential conversions, mixed-use property management, retail leasing, and industrial property transactions. Known for his deep market insight, analytical approach, and relationship-driven service, he consistently provides owners and investors with strategic guidance and measurable results.

Prior to joining B6, Jango spent seven years at JDF Realty Inc., a boutique commercial firm in Manhattan, where he collaborated with a team of veteran brokers on complex transactions. For the past decade, he has successfully operated as an independent broker, licensed in both New York and New Jersey.

Beyond real estate, Jango has strong entrepreneurial roots, having owned and managed bar and restaurant businesses, as well as real estate holdings in Manhattan’s East Village and Lower East Side throughout the 1990s.

Jango holds a master’s degree in engineering from Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul and earned a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from MIT. Fluent in Turkish, he enjoys international travel—especially throughout Europe—and values time with his wife and their son, Bora, who is currently studying finance in college.
