B6 Real Estate Advisors last month hired Kiara Thomas as a director of investment sales in New York. She works on deals in the West Harlem neighborhood and reports to founding partner and chief executive Paul Massey. Thomas was previously a residential sales agent at Douglas Elliman in New York, and before that was a vice president at IDB Bank.
