New-York based brokerage firm has added Mark Lively as a Managing Director reporting to Chief Revenue Officer Cory Rosenthal.

Nick Petkoff has joined B6 Real Estate Advisors as a senior managing director in New York. Focused on investment sales in lower Manhattan, Petkoff joined on Jan. 10 from Better Brokers, an investment shop and brokerage he founded in 2014.

James Nemeroff was hired at B6 Real Estate Advisors last month as an associate director. He’s working alongside managing director Dylan Kane and senior director Zachary Redding. Nemeroff was previously a vice president at Thylan Associates of New York, where he worked on acquisition underwriting and other duties. He also has worked at Strat Development and Madison Realty Capital, both of New York.

B6 Real Estate Advisors last month hired Kiara Thomas as a director of investment sales in New York. She works on deals in the West Harlem neighborhood and reports to founding partner and chief executive Paul Massey. Thomas was previously a residential sales agent at Douglas Elliman in New York, and before that was a vice president at IDB Bank.
